Bug with trace logging.

Good evening,

Maybe it’s a temporary bug, but I’m not sure; my GPS and VBS connection seemed fine at first. I wanted to record a route of about 900 meters, and I had to split it into three or four separate tracks. In fact, I noticed that at points where I needed to mark a crosswalk, my screen only showed “Exit” and “Save,” and the other options were no longer available. Pause at the start of the stairs, start at the pedestrian crossing. So, other than saving the route, I had to start a new track to continue it. I had no other choice. For now, I’m leaving my tracks as they are in case that helps you identify the problem.

    Bonjour, on n’a pas encore réussi à reproduire ce bug. Est-ce que tu pourrais me confirmer que tu n’appuyais pas accidentellement sur le bouton “Pause” ? Quand on met une trace en pause, les autres boutons disparaissent.

    Le mieux, quand ça se reproduit, c’est que tu prennes une capture d’écran, ou mieux un enregistrement d’écran. Ça nous permettra de trouver la source du problème plus facilement !

      Bonjour,

      Je ne pense pas avoir appuyé sur pause vu que quand je fais des traces, j’ai le téléphone à la main, tenue, verticalement, avec la caméra arrière tenue à 12h devant moi, donc mon visage, regarde l’écran du téléphone, donc théoriquement elle filme devant moi au moment où je marche.
