Description of routes crossed

In the medium term, it would be extremely useful to have a description of the streets
streets crossed. For example, a

• Cycle lane

• Bus lane

• Left-to-right lane for other vehicles

• etc.

It seems that this kind of data can indeed be entered into
OSM via the lanes attribute, but it's not yet done correctly.
