GNSS RTK integration

Will connect an RTK GNSS receiver via bluetooth to the SonarVision application, which will geolocate the user very precisely without the need for VPS.

This will enable SonarVision to be used in areas not covered by panoramic images from Apple or Google, such as on a hiking trail, or in one's garden.

RTK also works at night, unlike VPS!
