Minor Compass Improvement for RTK

Problem: When you hold your phone flat and tilt it slightly forward, the compass changes direction.

Proposed solution: Adjust the limits to allow for a tilt of up to 45° forward.

Problem to avoid: For users who wear the phone around their neck, upside down, the phone must also be able to be tilted slightly backward (camera facing forward, upside down, angled slightly toward the ground) without the compass inverting.
