Place voice tags along an RTK route

I have an rTK route on a group that’s quite long, has no name, doesn’t change names, and has no number—so there’s no information about where I am. It would be helpful to be able to place voice tags along this route that provide information about our location. These tags would be created by the user at the desired location, similar to “manually creating an address.”
