Be able to re-position a misplaced address using VPS or RTK.

Currently, the only way to correct the position of a misplaced address is to use the online editing platform.
It would be very useful to be able to use one of the precise geolocation systems to manually re-position an existing address!

For public addresses, we could propose a position (which would have to be accepted by a moderator) with this same functionality.
