Trace recording did not work

Hello,

I’m in Toulouse. I wanted to record a route of about 500 meters.

The first attempt didn’t work, but it was nighttime.

Today, during the day, I had almost reached my destination when the app told me there had been a problem and didn’t record anything. Very frustrating!

Is there anything I need to know to make it work?
